FAQ
About Pink Dopamine Psychiatry
What makes Pink Dopamine different from other psychiatry practices?
We don’t approach psychiatric care by simply matching symptoms to pills. With Andrea Uliano, Psych-NP, you get whole-person care shaped by a rare combination of clinical experience, social work, and prescribing power.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit will include a thorough evaluation, discussion of your symptoms and goals, and a collaborative treatment plan. We aim to create a welcoming, judgment-free space.
Do you push medications?
No. Medications can be an incredible tool for addressing psychiatric concerns, but they are not a silver bullet. We work with you to find the minimal and most effective approach, blending medication, supplements, and lifestyle therapies as needed. Medications are safe and extensively studied (and often more regulated and better researched than supplements), but they are just one part of the overall treatment plan.
Do you offer treatment without medication?
Yes! We offer holistic, integrative treatment plans and can work alongside your therapy team. Medication is a helpful tool but it is NOT the only option.
